To answer the first question from the first post in this thread ...Some homeowners are just hoping for a miracle that will save them; some are like the proverbial ostrich with their head in the sand so they ignore what is about to happen around them; some are just stubborn and will stay to the end until they have to be dragged out of the property.

@Bill GulleyPeople are on a public forum here and if you're in Ohio saying that you don't need a license in Wholesaling maybe just a phone call to the department real estate in Columbus might be in orderWhat bothers me the most is when the state is being stubborn about getting licensed to do brokering activities, not just agency relationships like listing agreements but brokering activities, then their name gets into a list of people acting as a real estate agent on the state watch list, get a cease-and-desist notice that black lists their ability to get a license in the future, Well you been warned huh?

If you wish to remove a stubborn squatter prior to having a recorded title or other evidence of title, you may be able to have your attorney file complaint for unlawful ejectment.The dogs can be coaxed by food.
