Cluttered, these people are slight hoarders.

It could be the place doesn't show well with a lot of stuff cluttering it if it isn't. 

You'll most likely have to do the math on how much interest to add anyway, so having multiple accounts seems to just clutter things up rather than help.Next, it says that a tenant's deposit will accrue 5% simple interest per year...and looks like you pay that interest to the tenant at the end of each year.
