How is the new 15% addon pricing working out for you?

Most hard money lenders will want to see some sort of successful track record or else they'll add on much higher interest rates/fees.

Even add on walls that made no sense and weren't nailed in, just shoved into place and held by friction. 

What most of our owners do is add on a flat rate to the monthly rent amount

This is in a good area of Boise and large lot would be perfect to add one or two ADUs down the road, and I am not opposed to moving there with my family in 10-20 years.

Units in a back yard generally rent for less than front mainstream units, as they are perceived as secondary add ons and without any street presence.

Oh, to add one more thing: Most of these loans have 3-5 year pre-payment penalties up to 5%.

Our thought is a bunch of $.06 per minute charges on your credit card would be too many line items on your CC statement, so by default the system will reload your account in $50 increments (you can change this to any increment)In the dialer interface, I thought we displayed $99 for unlimited minutes as an add-on to the main app as an alternative to pay per minute.
