I have had difficulty finding a position that has somewhat to do with my college degree whether it's at a bank or an operations manager trainee position at Avis (I went through 3 rounds of interviews with Avis and Bank of America but came up short) and also had interviews with places like Chase and have one scheduled this week for a commercial property manager position (also an assistant position that I have a better chance of getting) that would be a significant increase in pay than what I currently have.

Hello,My name is Willie Campbell and I'm looking to become a Trainee Appraiser here in Dallas, Texas.

Instead of getting drunk with your fellow trainees all weekend, you should spend your free time discovering neighborhoods, understanding what's up and coming, meeting investor-friendly agents, meeting property managers, etc.

From the trainee's perspective, new folks believe a trainer is going to provide them a treasure map that leads to certain riches.From a trainer's standpoint, they know most trainees will get distracted, become frustrated, loose interest and go on to the next thing that will capture their attention (for a time).

For example, if renting to students didn't work out as well as I hoped, I could rent to trainee nurses at the local hospital, etc.

I currently work at the supermarket Aldi as trainee for the store management position.
