It is close to the Indian River (3 houses away), along a bike and walk trail, and a few minutes from New Smyrna Beach.If you see anything moving forward that you would caution me against or to look for, I would appreciate your ideas or thoughts.

We just heard that a huge portion of Bradley students are Indian.

Hey everybody, I had a thought about a week ago and I'm looking to see if any of you have had any experience with it or might know anything about it.Has anyone invested on indian reservations?

I am in Mumbai, IndiaI am from a private real estate brokerage firm in India and we deal only with select HNI Clients.

My investors and I have had the greatest success BRRRRing outside of the city limits in sub markets like Concord, Kannapolis, Gastonia, Indian Trail/Monroe area. 

I am a local real estate agent who owns and manages short-term rentals in Indian Rocks Beach, Largo, and Seminole.

my biggest profit for just buy and hold was land as well.. we bought 3.5 acres in Sonoma county CA for 27k  in 96 ish  sold in 2000 for 2.2 mil. paid tax's of 300 a year and mowed it about every 3 years for 500 bucks.. same thing as you .. unbuildable acreage but Indians bought the land next to us and built the largest indian gaming facility in CA

There was actually already a law like this on the books in Oklahoma for years that had not been enforced for ages but could have been (it was poorly written as it said that that it did not apply to "Indians" born in the US,  I assume they meant native americans and not Indians from India). 

They have an office at Indian River State College Main Campus.

Probably but it does deter a little.Any way, long answer is sure it seems good on paper, but I don't know of any actual cases unless its indian burial grounds from 2-400 years ago.
