You could enhance the curb appeal by using more contrast on the trim areas (fascia, window trim, door jamb).Some colorful shrubs and other landscape work would also add some interest as well.Changing the door and or painting it.When you do the repair work, I would consider hiring a designer to help you come up with some ideas.

Hair can be considered a bio hazard in some areas.A bad haircut will not be on you but they need to carry a liability policy for the traffic in the shop.They will also have unique plumbing requirements, check with P&Z or Building Regs in your area.
