Take those three months to learn the market and find the ideal neighborhoods/properties you want to buy in (I usually go shopping like I want to buy a place I would want to live in) and who knows maybe one area you like will have "the perfect house" will come on the market right when you are ready to buy.

I've been in the mortgage industry for a little over a year and I'm stoked about how the market is right now.
