Once the outdoor dining / shopping plaza is opened at the end of next year I would expect things to be in full swing.

Hey @Sanderson Mittnacht - you could try swinging by the open houses of the you're interested in.

The difference ended up being a swing of $125k!!!. 

It does not necessarily mean swinging a hammer, mowing lawn or installing plumbing.

The 800 is a pretty big swing though, typically when people are talking about 70k it is for a sub 500 monthly payment swing, so that is the only thing that creates a gray zone for me in your specific example.
