@Dave Carella I put a bid of $110k on a foreclosure listed at $97k, and it was flat out rejected so I feel your frustration.

My real estate agent in the area went by and took some video and described it as "creepy and old," the tenants had smoked so the smell was awful, and the neighborhood was "hood" - she didn't really feel safe there just taking a look. 

Being military I like having full control of my assets and getting my hands dirty but the cost of travel around the country even with property managers is a big hassle however using a yurn key company like Roofstock , which is similar, I feel more comfortable with it.

I feel its always good to see some local projects as they are happening.

@Isom BernardQualified buyers for us are ones that  have provided their name, phone number, email, company name, lending status, and we have a good feel about them.
