@Jeff Riber From the data I have seen (Florida only, where I am) On 3/29 there were 896 new cases, then 3/30 870, then 3/31 937, then 4/1 853, I don't really see a whole lot of levelling off.

Creating a fantastic kitchen, changing all the lower level windows, cutting trees around the perimeter of the house, changing the roof and adding 100% new HVAC system. 100% renovation of the 2 bathrooms and creating a non existing outdoor patio.

Further, most people won't be looking to move unless they "have" to move because with the unemployment level and very small level of what everyone called their "job security" people won't want to pony up security deposit and 1st months rent to move in to a new place right now.

There is an excellent spot to add one however, only about 20ft off the ground level and it would work well attaching stairs to this sort of little sunroom that extends out past the roof edge on the second floor.
