This type of creative leveraging can be done when your banker has confidence in you (not to mention the fact that Jerry might keep the banker's kid out of jail someday.......LOL)I only read Jerry's last post, so this was probably touched on by others.I usually suggest using a 30 year even at a higher rate. 1.

Its interesting none the less, but will definitely not touch this before I have much more experience.If you were to pay for a site that had educational information, that was a self study from the basics to advanced areas, illustrated how to think relating the basics to strategies, gave solid advice about the business aspects, general business, then went further into structuring transactions and notes, what would that be worth to you?
