Liability coverage looks pretty standardIn my area USLI is a good company for properties that are harder to place due to age, roof condition or other unique characteristic but not as great for newer well maintained properties with a roof less than 10 years old.

Pretty unique story I'm about to share, I think it's worth going into the 'success story' archives :) We bought our condo in Old Fourth Ward, Atlanta back in 2010, lived there for three years and have been renting it for three more after that.

They are definitely a unique niche that is navigated a bit different than stick built homes.

I am no lending expert but I would think it would be even harder to get a loan in another state because of your unique situation.  

These do have a unique thing that shoots the water down with some force and then fills back up for the next flush.
