I agree you're right, weather we intend to or not, we all use these principals on a daily basis.

It sounds like if you stay a little more patient and save a little more money during that time frame, you will be in a much better position to weather a storm if it happens.

@Mike Rice I manage single family homes in Arizona with Pools and they do very well if managed properly.Professional Pool Service weekly is mandatory.Regular InspectionsNow in the Phoenix area, we don't deal with frost or extremely cold conditions so obviously much of the country will have different experiences with weather.
