I think the primary intent is truly to hold for investment - we don't foresee leaving our home, and frankly I am not sure if we did leave we would have any interest in a custom build from scratch so I don't see that as an issue. 

Prior to being a full time agent I was a contractor specializing in high end remodels and custom home construction.

If customers just need 1-2 months, they don't want to have to hook up water and other services.More and more of the big operators are doing the same as you and taking a cut of the water, electricity, internet, security, etc.

I don't wanna wash sheets in between Air BnB customers.

PS- I work in logistics and have a great deal of customer service experience.

When I look there are several companies around but according to local realtors customers are very unsatisfied with the quality of service they receive.

Sharing knowledge with real and potential customers is usually a good idea.

So I have got a new business coming along and have been getting decent amounts of clients, at the moment the majority come from cold calling. would like to here some suggestions on maybe thing you have done to help bring in more customers and interest.

(Peninsula or San Jose).Also, besides bank accounts, what other types of services should I be asking about (e.g. asset management, % of customers who invest in RE, etc.)?
