Otherwise you might keep a small amount for administration of the account.You can have multiple accounts at a bank, not much thought is given to that it's common in other business activities.Having accounts in other banks is the first step to building a customer relationship, you never know if you need to ask for money someday and they are more willing when there are past customer relationships in your name.

Thanks @Ugochukwu Opara, these tools seem helpful, but I agree with @Ibrahim S, what I'm looking for is a full automation of the process in one software package - and that's what FB is promising - that includes: - Marketing campaigns management (including multiple ready-made customized direct mail campaigns, like: divorce campaign, probate campaign, bankruptcy campaign, vacant property campaign, etc) - Rehab management (standard contractor agreement, SoW generator, rehab cost calculator) - Deal Management (purchase and sales agreements, auto form contract generator, property disclosure, auto emails, etc) - Property management Thanks @Brian Daly for the hint, it might not be worth to invest in somewhat expensive tools in the beginning, but will be good to know where to find them when you need them :)
