Secondly, I know that they understand this lower income group is easier to deal with, they can be naive, trusting and simply lack business sophistication, that means they see them selves dealing with an advantage, if they deny that, they are lying to me and probably themselves, either that or they are really ignorant.Learn real estate, learn basic business operations, before reading guru wheeler dealer junk on the internet thinking you're getting an education.......not!

Can't really get an accurate estimate through looking at internet pictures as those photos don't tell the whole story all of the time.

@Vivek Khoche well I love my Tesla auto drive function in bumper to bumper its sheer genius I get to play on BP while stuck going 5 miles an hour for 45 minutes.. full internet right on the front screen .. read ESPN.. do e mails... car drives itself.. this is the real deal and where transporation will be in 10 years.

Typically those to do not require seasoning are commercial lenders or hard money lenders and they do not like to fund under $100K.Make sure its a legitimate lender and not someone of the internet (including BP, sadly enough).

Hi Account Closed,Personally I think it is worth it for a couple reasons. 1) You can market a property, signs, ads, craigslist, Radio, internet legally.2) You are allowed to make money from a real estate transaction.

But the city is contracting with a company called Host Compliance that is scraping the internet for all your data -- your listing location, your name, etc and cross referencing it with other public records to determine whether it's your primary residence.
