I went to pry it up to replace it with a spare and the whole tile came up w/o any effort, that's when I noticed it was pure black underneath and the surrounding tiles all came up with very little effort too.

You are relocating due to work, you just got married, having a baby, special housing due to medical reason - these are not an issues.Moving from a 4-unit to an another 3-4 unit a few miles away, and in a short time is a red flag.

The best was a woman who had been in a car crash, had a back injury, was being kicked out (illegally of course) by her current landlord and the insurance company,  had a new baby,   was being unfairly harrassed by some govt agency  (forget which one) and whose adult son needed to stay with her but he couldn't be available to meet for viewing the apartment or signing the lease,  amongst a bunch of other things I don't really remember.

Going to both is a good way to speed up your learning curve and make as many connections as possible.I am planning on going to both, however, my wife and I are expecting a brand new baby in early August so my schedule may not work out this coming month.
