Most of it has to do with income level.Also, the interest rates will be lower if you qualify for the First Time Homebuyer incentive (based off income and area you are purchasing).Thanks, so if I just barely qualify on the cutoff, will it be some fraction I get?

It sounds to me like your PM is doing the bare minimum, maybe hoping the problem goes away.I would not believe your tenants claims about getting a loan and I would not delete eviction.

Boiled down to the bare minimum, that is exactly what wholesalers do.Disclosing your intent to practice unlicensed real estate brokering doesn't make that illegal act into a legal act.

Don't know your market, but in mine we get a decent amount more then 5% interest on seller finance. 5% barely outpaces inflation.
