Too easy for them to make my life miserable for free and it would cost me thousands to fight them.Lots of what you do is related to who your tenants are and that is a function of the property you own.I don't do people who have domestic violence related charges no mater what the class.I don't do people who have had an eviction, ever.I want complete applications.
