Even though they still look at me, commercial loans place a heavier weight on the asset.There typically is no limit, where as fannie/freddie limit you to 10 loans.

You can get a contractor to walk through with you, but I personally feel the weight of a home inspection report from an inspector is much more than any random contractor, for resell purpose.
