If you're doing a flip or other short-term hold, the next buyer will look at what you paid, and no matter how irrational it is, they'll feel worse if you made a lot of money in their mind.Let's say that a house is objectively (crystal-ball-style) worth $100K and you list it for $100K in August of 2014.

I thought the numerous locations would be convenient when I had to schedule closing while working a full-time job, but I would not use them again.Two closings ago I used the Intown Office and Kati Heller.

You'll need to sit down with a loan officer who understands your objectives with investing and can chart a plan A, B,C with you so you'll have counter measures in case the first option does not work to your liking.Cash out refinances tend to get very conservative appraisals.
