Assuming that I will be unable to finance the purchase with an LLC, is there a benefit to having the checks deposited into a bank account in the name of an LLC? 

I went to the site to cancel, and they still took the money out of my account. they said i didnt follow through with the process, that i had to ctually go into my cart and cancel. so now i have to call my bank. zillow is a rip off.
