This is a seller financing I don’t have a detailed closing costs yet atm I am trying to analyze if this is a good enough deal to progress

I haven't deducted any of the work yet since it's in progress.

Although still in progress since its a daylight basement one of the rooms I need an egress window.

This is largely because the symptoms often do not show until the cancer has progressed too far to be easily treated.  

I took care of her complaints at first but they began to progress to an almost daily event.She accused them of making fun of her via text and when i read the texts saw nothing that could even be misconstrued as such.  

I know that Simplisafe is a sponsor at BP but I have heard more people talking about Ring for their property's security.I want something with a cellular connection because I don't have wifi at my projects.
