I think few of them has their own brokerage firm.I just have a property redeemed by an asset manager before they put it into foreclosure auction.

Interestingly all were held by some type of LLC and a few were held by the same LLC.

For example, you may eat a loss like this and adjust the scope of work by changing the type of flooring you use in parts of the house.

@Lena Harris I write in all my lease agreements that I won’t replace ice makers and take each situation case by case when it occurs.

Currently we are working on 3 properties that we have hired an attorney with a title company to navigate through the taxes and who all may have claims to the property. 

We have been renovating each apartment 1 by 1 as tenants move out and renting the apartments for $1,800 ($18,000 projected gross monthly income).
