I just think you may be a bit premature in laying out a plan and I just hope you exercise patience before moving forward.  

The vote resulted in a June 31st, 2020 deadline for permits to be filed but no mechanism for issuing them through the Dept of Neighborhoods as they are as surprised as the public by the vote.My recommendation is to hold tight and let the ordinance be defined, Larry Sykes has already given verbal assurance the deadline is premature and being adjusted.
