@Mike Dymski and @Matt Groth take what I see as the European approach to carrying over (guys, it may just be how basic math was done in your state or local curriculums, IDK).

@Erwin Groenendijk that's great but none of the several non-Europeans I know who recently tried to get a mortgage in Spain could get a 30-year mortgage with the interest rate fixed for 30 years or anything close to that from any bank or credit union, even if they filled the criteria and were younger than 45.

Second, socialized healthcare is NOT the foundation behind any of the individual European country's financial woes..I feel for you that your retail store might not be doing that well.

Southern EuropeSouthern Europe is what Mexico is to Northern Europeans, with the nuance that Southern Europe is full-fledged developed so it's mora a mix between Florida and Mexico with a weather more akin to California.

The notion that European building are built to a higher standard is, to my experience, unsupportable.
