I have gotten several deals over the years from people calling me from my business card refrigerator magnet that I sent years earlier and now the owner or relatives are calling me.Jon has a really good point and is correct you do have to send tons of letters and the key is to be consistent.

I've already earned it decades ago.Since I'm also a magnet for pre-probate situations, I'm in a position to refer many clients to the very attorneys who demonstrate to me that they do good work and produce good results, thus becoming a valuable asset to their practice, in addition to my problem solving skills.Too many people approach real estate as only a service.
