Chilliwack is the biggest contender for us.

I am contending that it is unethical behavior, and it’s not something I’d personally engage in.

So for those that contend prices will fall...i say let me buy your real estate now at a discount, before you get hit with a bigger drop.

Meanwhile up North we have this & it's a Nobel Prize contender if successful.

The issue is I have my schedule (full time job) and my realtor's schedule to contend with. 

I think you will want to focus on areas that are not super depending on family travel, because then you have school calendar to contend with.

I live in California and all the big contenders seem to be ridiculous with their coverage.

If you are okay with the "rabid" lifestyle, try Old Town Alexandria, as it was definitely a contender.
