Hi, I've purchased a SFH in the Birmingham, AL area for a buy and hold rental, and the home inspection noted some possible mold in most rooms and signs of wood infestation in the baseboard trim and some in the crawl space. 

Kids getting asthma from old buildings that are rodent and roach infested.

Building is in a drug infested neighborhood and to me looks to be the worst building on the block.

Both rooms fill with water when rains heavily from the back door located in living areaCockroach infested I’ve been thinking tear down the back two rooms.

Of course, if it's a MF property it can be trickier though most pest control guys can tell you where a roach infestation is sourced at and that's whom should be billed.

Vegetation should be pruned back and/or removed as necessary to prevent damage and infestation by wood destroying insects.Attic34) Evidence of "heavy" rodent infestation was found in one or more areas.

No rush unless you are concerned about infestations or roaches or rodents. 

Dispose of all rubbish, garbage, and waste in a clean and sanitary manner – at reasonable intervals – and assume all costs of extermination and fumigation for infestation caused by tenant; not feed straying pets or animals; not temporarily host pets.

It looks like a crime infested area just by looking at it. 

If you don’t regularly check on your buildings your going to have a crack den full of std infested hookers before long . yes There are things that really agitate Me about it but what can you do ?..
