Hello BP,I'm curious if I should continue to use a CRM or should I use a virtual assistant (VA) as well, I am currently using a 3 touch campaign with a CRM (Post Cards, Ringless VM & Email etc..) however, I've just discovered there are VAs out there that can do most of my wholesaling task (cold calling, comps, list building, negotiation etc..).

I once long ago risked virtually every somewhat liquid dollar (so not my home, 401k, job, or family) on an investment.  

In virtually all southern CA cities, the cost added is significantly less than hands off grounds up ADU addition.

A lot of these syndications are running on margins so thin that there's virtually no chance of recovery even with an asset sale.
