BiggerPockets has great resources, but before interviewing property managers, first make a list of the specific tasks you want help with—like tenant placement, rent collection, or handling emergencies.

I work FT for a school district and also a seasonal PT job.

Everything goes to the same bank account but each STR is its own job/account therefore can be coded individually for reports on income & expenses.

If you are in between jobs(even if you aren't) I would pass on a rehab this size.
