A LLC will not provide any better protection at your point in investing and will only increase your operating costs and make it more difficult to get financing going forward.Insurance is the real protection, LLC is more for psychological protection.

I'm not a huge fan of the psychological impact of this as you get a big lump of money and it tends to make us feel 'we need to invest this ASAP' - which isn't optimal IMO.The above I'm told will often work under the traditional 'retail' arm of most banks.

I mean for hundreds of years we have all needed money as an incentive to work but that is truly just psychological isn't it because in reality if we just chose to cooperate with each other there is nothing that truly required money for us to get it done.
