I haven't done my first deal yet, but I set a lofty goal for this quarter to have purchased 10 properties and sold them quickly for a minimum profit of $10,000 per property.This massive goal was inspired after listening to Benjamin Hardy talk about 10x is easier than 2x.I'm not looking for people to belittle the goal I have or give me reasons why it won't work.

We're fortunate enough to have a couple of cousins in different parts of the country that are investors and inspired us to get started.We've read a couple of really great books that have stood out from the rest, to help get things rolling, Retire Early with Real Estate by Chad Carson & Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner.
