@Mary Jay I empathize with you as I have a demanding career, wife and an infant at home on top of juggling my investing / business ventures. 

This companies base their marketing campaigns on avoiding the agent comision basically implying, we agents don't add value.Good agents...Empathize with their clients and make them feel comfortable in stressful situations.Good agents...Make their customers have a clear understanding of the transaction process so they know what's next.Good agents...Communicate effectively so the client has full knowledge of the situation at any time.Etc.Not all agents are good.

As a local elected official myself, I empathized and agreed that I hoped America would wake up and take charge.This is YOUR WAKE UP CALL.

If it was me I would be empathizing that fact to my spouse.  

I empathized with him, and in return, he empathized with me.I may have pulled a trick on the lady who's the foreclosure attorney.

Not everyone has family heirlooms passed down like yours and I can empathize this the sentimental value attached to it. 

I can empathize with this buyer, I don't think he is trying to be rude but he is exactly right.  

I can totally empathize with what you're seeing in the MLS @Bryan Blancke - I think most of Michigan is that way right now (very unlike it was 3 years ago).

I do empathize with pet owners as when I was returning to grad school I found myself sitting on the curb  contemplating what we were going to do about our dog whom we could not find a place that would take him. 

@Maurice Bey I am writing a book not on my experience at closing the deal (still need to do that) but is empathizing and sympath finding the elusive motivated seller that once can use electronic marketing to save money on paper direct marketing.
