The earth moves around the sun to counterbalance the sun's gravity pulling the earth into it.

I also have to replace the existing gravity furnace and have the ductwork removed so that I can have space to finish off the basement. 

Whoever you are dealing with probably does not comprehend the gravity of the screwup. 

Using very simple concepts, Newton was able to put together laws for how time, gravity, mass, energy, momentum, etc all played together nicely.

RV tanks rely on gravity (in my experience)  perhaps you could let the tanks run into some sort of aproved tank that is larger and could be emptied less often, thus reducing expense.     

If it's a fieldstone foundation, you may need hydraulic cement to seal spaces between the stones.If it coming up from a high water table, consider french drains with a sump pump, or if you're on a slope, a gravity drain. 

In other words, the area has developed enough gravity to produce local jobs. 

Steam was fed up the line into the radiator, and then would recondense to condensate and return back down the same pipe via gravity to the condensate station or pump.

I suggest making your brush strokes horizontal to allow gravity to pull the lines of paint together.

Best if they either drain by gravity but hooked into a tile and pump works too,,,just be sure you dont use the kind you dump the bin.
