Although I suspect one could be trying to wedge into a very dangerous situation..

I mean the Bahamas i would hardly say is lavish to me its dangerous and I would never go there. 

That's a dangerous place to be.

Its alot of work though but it actually mitigates my risk.

I have 6 month calls on TLT and redfin which should do well in the apparant recession that we are running headfirst into this fall/winter.I am out of long term stock market and my opinion is it is dangerous to be in right now unless you are going to stay in for years. 

Now the city shared that I can plant trees to mitigate based on the diameter of the trees (1:1 ratio and some other calcs).

It's a dangerous game for you to fill in and then the GC have his own scope, you can really get jammed up that way.  

You will believe everyone that knows more than you and that can be dangerous.
