Think about it this way, would you rather spend $100K on buying, $50K on rehab and sell for $200K ($50K profit) and deduct your expenses but owe tax on the $50K so net maybe $30K?

This is not something you want to spend your mental capacity on though.

I'd spend 10 hours here first, then re-assess if you want to pay for the course.

Why spend 100s of thousands of dollars on a papper.

We will have a support vehicle, a mechanic, a medic and guides and I feel that's the stuff that is totally worth spending money on. 

But, I like people, Jay :) Those who need answers and are likely to do something with those answers, don't usually have few grand to spend.

It is tough all over for sure.

I'd like to ideally spend less than $400 all in.
