Locals, what are your thoughts on the area near Mercedes benz Stadium and north of the Spelman College, etc??

It would be a similar process for shipping containers.In fact the only container building i've seen in CA is outside Giants stadium in SF.

I read another article recently that said this was the potential new site of the the MLS stadium if the Columbus Crew SC decided to make it’s way to Austin.

Housing in such a demand as construction of new casinos ($7B), and Raiders $1.9B stadium, will extend growth through 2020. 

Vine City also has a lot of potential but is the new stadium enough to bring value?
