@Dhirendra Sharma I'm not an attorney, so definitely consult one — but here’s what we see as property managers working with hundreds of investors:Buying in your personal name:- Easiest to finance (especially with conventional loans)- Exposes your personal assets to liabilityBuying in an LLC:- Provides liability protection if properly maintained- Cleaner separation for taxes, partners, and long-term planning- Harder to get traditional financing — most investors use hard money or DSCR loans

Investors who scale well have a go-to list of service people they can count on for quick, cost-effective work, especially during turnovers.Repeatable acquisition criteria & financing relationships – Once you know your target numbers (cash-on-cash, cash flow, debt service coverage), you can quickly identify good deals.

If so, review the policy to see what coverage you have — it’s your first layer of protection if anything was missed or misrepresented.A quitclaim deed doesn’t necessarily mean there’s a problem, but it does mean the seller isn’t warranting clear title.
