I'm looking to wholesale real estate in the Williamsburg Va. and surrounding areas..Want to learn more about virtual wholesaling..I need to  find friends...I did a little bit of wholesaling 10 years ago in Penn using Ron Legrand's program..I had a partner; and together we worked the German town area of Philly and such...I loved it; but had to leave...If anyone has any info...please help...I am currently a stay at home mom...I hope your day is pleasant...

I don't know if this is germane to your situation but one thing I learned is that every partner has to be an active member in the deal because if a partner is just passively putting in money then it technically becomes a security which means you need a securities lawyer and things get more complicated... and expensive.

my experince on the west coast is probably not germane to your market.. although I would say most jurisdictions have some serious teeth when it comes to handling private waste systems..
