I take reviews with a grain of salt, but it looks to me like as I posted here a year ago, gimmicks are not a recipe for longevity in property management. 

That is the best place to get a true picture of disputes, current licensing and insurance, longevity and whether or not they keep changing licenses (multiple licences for the same person over the course of a few years can indicate less than desirable business practices).

Plus, many are conscious of wanting better references as far as longevity at their residences and how that affects their credit and references.
