A 'C' area is a whole different thing so make sure you know who the neighbours are and how much rent they pay so you can calculate your backup exit plan realistically.

Exceptions happen if you can't cash flow (then buy in a neighbouring town) or you can't afford a house in that location (again look to a neighbouring town).
