I then await being sued for wrongfully evicting these people, and letting a jury start the end of this wave of injustice that has went on for far too long.As it is, There needs to be a suit brought against the inhabitants, requiring their removal and a restitution for damages and then punitive damages.

That goes a long way to making sure property owners keep up properties and keep the neighborhoods and city a nice place to live for all and safe for residents.As I told some members on City Council I have never met a landlord that wants to poison children, but that it isn't fair to go into an existing property where an investor was operating under a certain understanding on expenses and income for the property and suddenly tell them the property is not inhabitable and force them to immediately come up with piles of cash on the spot to get the property in rent-ready condition again.

Phoenix  4 plexs  that once sold for 300k and generated 2400 in rent were 3/4 empty as they were inhabited by mainly construction type workers during the building boom.. those properties fell all the way to 60 to 80k for the exact same property I know many many investors from the Bay Area who bought those and lost them... and their credit to boot.2.

The variables include the net metering agreement available from the utility, the cost of electricity from the grid  in the area, the amount of electricity consumption by the inhabitants (annual usage), and of course the physical characteristics of the property (size/orientation/roof pitch/ type of roof/annual irradiance/shading/existing electrical panel).
