Once I had the first deal under my belt I was itching for the next and next and next.  

I tend to agree with Larry regarding the seeming randomness of your selections, which says to me that you're just itching to spend your money, on whatever looks cheap.But, thanks for asking.

I've been itching to get started in Real Estate investing.

However, I won't discourage someone from considering it if they are itching to do one. 

I have not made an investment yet but itching to get started.

We were just getting rolling in the Triad when we had to move, but have the itch to get started here.

Two years pass and I go back, taking my fiancé with me because I was fed up and decided I was going to do something this time (still couldn't afford to do the classes but hoping she would catch the itch and we could put a plan in place). 

That business is doing fine, but we still have the itch to flip houses.  

If you get the itch to buy in the hood latch on to an investor that will let you shadow him to see what you are REALLY getting into before you buy.
