Not trying to bash you or WI either, certainly money can be made there by local investors and if you lived in WI, then it would be a different story.

When I'm negotiating a wholesale deal, I just tell people what I can afford to pay, rather than go into bashing the property and telling them they will never be able to sell for more.

I'm glad you were able to find a way to earn a living and keep your lights on, but I think you're wrong to bash B&H as an effective method to invest and build for one's future. 

You bashed a lot of gurus on your site some that even don't belong on there and now you are getting a taste of your own medicine.

Deals that are very skinny and far and few in between.I am NOT bashing wholesalers, I would just like to know when I have a good one, how to find a good one, or need to move on.

And yet you are also telling us that you put in every contract that you can assign your own interest wherever you like.In other words, you are using your license as a shield to allow you to break the law that you are using to bash @Jason Palmer and every other wholesaler here.
