You will always have people that are bitter or have a bad taste in their mouth for whatever reasons, but living in Asheville offers opportunities that is not offered anywhere in the world.

Obviously not a some schmuck that would spend his time helping kids not foment anger and bitterness, all while working himself to death to make a better life for his wife and children LOL! 

All of this is a recipe for fights, resentment, bitterness, and divorce.

So far, all I can gather from your posts is your bitterness toward ONE Agent who, based on your interpretation, tried to persuade you to complete a deal you ultimately decided did not suit your best interests.

Instead of being bitter, just find another one. 

@Barry Je I would strongly consider the following markets for Airbnb/VRBO:WA: Leavenworth, Highway 2 corridor, Walla WallaOregon: BendWaterfront is nice but the price premium tends to make it a bitter harder to get good AirBnb cash flow - since you mentioned that you're looking to cover expenses, not generate income, this may not be a big issue though.Good luck and message me to talk about Airbnb anytime!
