It seems like the best return would probably be on properties in Arlington area near Cowboys stadium, Rangers ballpark, Six Flags, etc.

It has the Cardinal stadium, lots of restaurants, and Tanger outlet mall near by for discount shopping.

The city is building a huge park, stadium and public transportation is with 2 miles.
