However, I'm finding that I have an itch to pick up more real estate and there are two problems: (1) deals are time-intensive to find and (2) I need more time to build up my capital so that I won't be undercapitalized when I pick up my next deal.

I've always been interested in buying a few houses and renting them out, but since I now have "the itch", I want to get more serious about getting into real estate investing. 

Makes me itch to pay 20k per sq.ft. on bare land, plus you have the hillside issue.

Once I had the first deal under my belt I was itching for the next and next and next.

I've been itching to get started in Real Estate investing.

However, I won't discourage someone from considering it if they are itching to do one.

We were just getting rolling in the Triad when we had to move, but have the itch to get started here.

Two years pass and I go back, taking my fiancé with me because I was fed up and decided I was going to do something this time (still couldn't afford to do the classes but hoping she would catch the itch and we could put a plan in place).
