One must develop a comprehensive discipline for analysis and negotiations to help ensure their success in this niche. 

I'm Mark Baldwin, and have actually been a long time user of the Bigger Pockets message boards, but have never actually made an introduction or post myself. 

Again I know nothing about this program and person but typically these programs charge a reasonable fee to attend the introduction course where they upsale you to a more complete and more expensive course.  

So, what mode of introduction do the small flippers out there like best?

I have been trying to compile the most comprehensive commercial due diligence for each side, seller & buyer, and have a lot of information to be thorough yet efficient.

While I do not agree with all of his strategies this is by far the most comprehensive book on hard money lending I have ever read.  

Introductions are great but no speakers just a get together to say hello.

Then I changed category to New Member Introduction and it worked.
