Clarkston has a lot of great restaurants, close to a major concert venue and also near a ski area for a winter weekend attraction.

It has a concert slab and already has electricity.

There is also a lot of building going on including an Ice Hockey facility which will also double as a concert venue, Surf park resort, Disney owned residential community, and on.

I think it has potential, but it would definitely require a concerted effort by all stakeholders.  

The already have Formula 1, MOTO GP, and a big outdoor amphitheater for concerts.  

I would be within walking distance of a new basketball stadium and venue for many concerts.

When you think of events the desert, you think of outdoor concerts - read Coachella.

In Metro Atlanta, that translates to maybe a $90-120K acquisition that might rent for $1200-1400.Sadly, Atlanta real estate these days is like a mosh pit at a thrash metal concert, so I'm off looking elsewhere for numbers like these.

I'm gonna have to make a more concerted efforty to get to the ones closest to me.

If it's concert listings and traffic reports (like it is with Millvale), then I assume it's a working-class or better neighborhood.OK, on to the property itself.
